Contributing and Building Legal Policies
VASB plays an important role as a bridge between regulatory agencies and market members, actively participating in researching, criticizing, and proposing policies to contribute to building a transparent, synchronous legal framework in line with international practices.
In order to create conditions for members and market participants to promptly access, research, and participate in providing feedback on draft legal normative documents, the Vietnam Association of Securities Business regularly updates draft laws, decrees, circulars, decisions, and documents related to the activities of the stock market and capital market.
Through this section, members can monitor expected policy changes, assess impacts on business operations, and submit comments for the Association to synthesize and reflect to state management agencies during the process of building and perfecting policies.
Performing the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members, the Vietnam Association of Securities Business actively researches, synthesizes opinions from market members, and participates in contributing ideas to draft legal normative documents, mechanisms, and policies related to the activities of the stock market and capital market. This section publishes contribution letters, recommendation reports, policy criticism documents, and the results of the Association's participation in policy building.
This is an information channel that helps members track the process of reflecting the market community's opinions to regulatory agencies, and at the same time, demonstrates the bridging role between policy-making agencies and market participants.
