IB Club (Investment Banking)
The IB Club under the Vietnam Association of Securities Business (VASB), established in 2017, acts as a core bridge between financial institutions, businesses, and regulatory agencies. The Club focuses on promoting in-depth operations, especially financial consulting, restructuring, capital raising, and sustainable financial development (green finance).
The main mission is to clear capital flows, effectively connecting abundant capital sources from investment funds with the development, expansion, or restructuring needs of Vietnamese enterprises.
Purposes and Operational Orientation
Enhancing professional capacity: Providing a platform for sharing knowledge, operations (M&A, IPO, bond issuance), and updating the latest legal framework for the Investment Banker team in Vietnam.
Shaping standards: Becoming the leading professional and prestigious forum in Vietnam, contributing to elevating domestic Investment Banking (IB) activities to the regional level.
Promoting sustainable development: Pioneering in leading the Vietnamese financial market to catch up with global trends, especially green finance and Net Zero transition.
International and Professional Connection: Promoting international cooperation, organizing seminars, and in-depth forums to update new financial trends (such as green financial reports, digital assets).
Supporting Members: Building a strong networking network, helping securities companies, banks, and financial experts easily exchange information, share experiences, and support each other to overcome market fluctuations.
