Open Letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all, on behalf of the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Association of Securities Business ("VASB"), I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to the Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, especially the State Securities Commission and our Members, for always accompanying, supporting, and contributing to VASB's activities over the past time.

From a Non-Governmental organization operating in the securities sector during the infancy of the domestic market, VASB has gradually affirmed its important role as a bridge between Members and state management agencies, establishing and maintaining relationships to protect legitimate rights, creating a favorable environment and conditions for the activities of Members, contributing to the construction of an active and sustainably developing stock market in a fair competitive environment.

Through more than 20 years of formation and development, many ups and downs have occurred, with both advantages and difficulties, but our Members have maintained their trust and stood side by side with VASB on every journey. With all the efforts from the Members, today VASB can be proud to become one of the Associations that contribute an important voice to the Government and Ministries. Not only developing domestically, VASB has also built good relationships with friends in the region and internationally, leaving indelible marks on the financial market in general as well as the regional stock market in particular.

The support and trust of our Members is the motivation for us to strive even harder to perform our duties better and meet the expectations of our Members. With profound gratitude and the most sincere feelings, we would like to send VASB's words of appreciation and honor to the generations of leaders as well as our Members over the past time. We believe and very much hope that on the upcoming journey, we will continue to receive the attention, support, sharing, and close coordination of our Members so that VASB can increasingly promote its roles and responsibilities better.
